Yes. Our network exclusively consists of independent, board-certified medical providers licensed in your specific state. They review your complete medical intake, health history, and goals before prescribing any treatment.

Absolutely. Every treatment plan is reviewed by a licensed physician, and all medications are compounded at PCAB-accredited pharmacies following USP 797 standards. Each batch is third-party tested for potency, sterility, and purity before shipping.

We currently serve patients in all 50 states through our physician network. During intake, we'll verify your state of residence and match you with a physician licensed to practice in your state.

We offer compounded treatments across four categories: Weight Loss (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide), Hair Loss (Finasteride, Minoxidil, Dutasteride), Sexual Wellness (compounded tadalafil/sildenafil troches), and Longevity (Sermorelin, NAD+, Glutathione).

Results vary by treatment. Weight loss patients typically notice appetite changes within 1–2 weeks and measurable weight loss by 4–6 weeks. Hair treatments may take 3–6 months for visible results. Sexual wellness treatments like our troche work within 15–30 minutes.

Yes. Your physician will work with you to titrate dosages or switch treatments based on your progress and side effects. Contact your care team or physician through secure messaging to request changes at any time.

We do not bill insurance directly — compounded medications are rarely covered by insurance. However, by cutting out insurance middlemen, we offer faster care, transparent pricing, and specialized treatments. We accept FSA and HSA cards for all eligible treatments.

We believe patients shouldn't be penalized for needing a higher therapeutic dose. Our flat-rate pricing means your cost stays the same whether you're on 0.25 mg or 2.5 mg — unlike competitors who charge more as your dose increases.

Your monthly fee covers: physician consultation and ongoing oversight, treatment plan and prescription, pharmacy compounding, secure packaging, free doorstep delivery, and direct physician messaging. No hidden fees or surprise add-ons.

Once your physician approves your treatment and the pharmacy compounds your medication, it's shipped via expedited delivery in discreet, climate-controlled packaging. Free standard shipping is included with all plans. You'll receive tracking information via email.

Yes. All medications arrive in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before your next billing cycle with no penalty. Quarterly plans are pre-paid but can be paused after the first period. Contact our care team to cancel or pause at any time.

If you're not satisfied with your treatment, contact us within 30 days for a full refund on your first month's subscription. After the first month, unused pre-paid periods may be eligible for prorated refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not approved for treatment by our physicians, your consultation fee and any prepaid amounts are 100% refunded immediately.
